OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2012. On government housing programs 3537 apartments for purchasing by citizen were generally financed. Most dynamic growth of all government programs demonstrates the program of cheapening mortgages, growth occurs in all its indices. The leaders in issuing preferential credits are Kyiv, Vinnitsa Region, Sumy Region and Kharkiv Region.

In total in the country as part of that program concluded 915 contracts and financed as much credit. Interagency Committee selected for participation in the program 384 residential buildings, which offered to buy 17438 apartments. Only last week the program included nine houses and 486 apartments. In total, more than 16.3 thousand citizens have expressed willing to get cheapened mortgages.

Provided loans are financed totaling 212.5 million, of which Kyiv - 195 totaling over 65 million. Only last week issued 52 new loans totaling over 11.6 million of them in the capital - 11, totaling 3.3 million, 65 loans totaling 13.2 million UAH are financed in Vinnytsia Region, 7 of them - over the past week. By 6 credits last week are provided in Sumy and Kharkiv Region, in general there 63 loans are financed worth 10.7 million UAH in Sumy Region and 61 loans totaling 12 million in Kharkiv Region, 48 credits for 9 million UAH are provided in Khmelnitsky Region.

The State Mortgage Institution has financed 936 loans, 17 of which - during the last week. For other programs the situation has not changed.
