SCM Advisors (UK) Limited will focus on identifying investment opportunities outside Ukraine and building strategic partnerships and relationships with the international investor community to ensure the sustainable growth of SCM both internationally and domestically. The new company will also advise SCM on strategy and investments in certain industry sectors, particularly financial services, telecommunications, and media.

The UK subsidiary will be headed by Ilya Arkhipov who has been a Director of Business Development of SCM Group since 2005. Mr. Arkhipov will retain his current non-executive positions on the Supervisory Boards of SCM Group businesses and in his new role remain a member of the SCM top-management team.
