OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2012. Lietuvos pastas (Lithuanian Post, the largest postal company in Lithuania) has acquired a network consisting of more than 200 mini-banks from Snoras bank, which bankruptcy proceedings started in 2011, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

SORAINEN advised Lietuvos pastas on the preparatory work (including legal due diligence) and the transaction documentation.

The SORAINEN team in the project was led by partner Laimonas Skibarka and senior associate Mantas Petkevicius.
