OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2012. The partnership within the framework of previously signed a bilateral agreement between the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and the Peoples Republic of China provides for both a sharing of experience and the possibility of technical equipment of the national militia with advanced technologies. Such cooperation should significantly help the reform process in the MIA of Ukraine.

During a meeting with representatives of the Embassy of China in Ukraine, Deputy Minister Serhiy Lekar highlighted those moments that matter to local law enforcement officials during their visit to China in August.

In particular, considerable interest aroused an automated traffic control system that automatically determines workload of the specific segment of highway and depending on it adjusts its bandwidth.

Another point that the sides discussed during the meeting was the possibility of testing in law enforcement bodies of technical equipment that is in service of departments of the Ministry of Public Security of China.
