OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2012. In October INDUSTRIALBANK obtained new licenses from the National Commission on securities and stock market, having proved its title for securities trading activity in three areas: dealer, brokerage and underwriting activities.

New licenses issued by State Commission on Securities and Stock Market enable INDUSTRIALBANK to conclude new deeds as to securities in its own name, on the instructions and for the account of the other person, at its own expense for the purpose of resale, to place securities on the instructions, in the name and for the account of the issuer, and to carry out other activities related to securities management pursuant to legislation.
