At that it is significant that location of outlets, working hours and list of services rendered thereby remain unchanged. This program is aimed to improve operating of the points of sale and to speed up cooperation between points of sale and the Head Office.

“Actually Bank changes status of branches to status of outlets. In other words, customers get services in the same bank located at the same address. The main objectives of two-level system of management is to advance operating processes, and, in the long run, to improve quality of services. We do not plan to re-locate the outlets”, - Olexandr Bychkov, Deputy Chairman of the Borad of JSCB “INDUSTRIALBANK” , says. – “Our customers may be certain in safety of their deposits and that INDUSTRIALBANK will fulfill all its obligations”, - the banker says.
