OREANDA-NEWS. November 9, 2012. As previously announced on 25 April 2012, on 24 April 2012 a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (Mriya-Invest) signed an investment agreement (the "Investment Agreement") with a subsidiary of Auchan SA, an international retail chain of supermarkets and hypermarkets, with its head office in France ("Auchan") regarding the development of the Vyrlitsa Project in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The Company is pleased to announce that the parties have agreed to further extend the exchange bank guarantees up to 20 December 2012.

The other main parameters of the Investment Agreement remain valid and unchanged.
