OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2012. 5427 tons of Q345qENH weather-resistant bridge steel produced by Ansteel Bayuquan Steel New Zone arrived at the bridge manufacturing plant, reported the press-centre of Ansteel. 

The steel box girder made of this batch of steel plate will be laid in Houdingxiang Bridge of Shenyang Loop Expressway, which is the first painting-free and weather-resistant steel bridge in China built by “Made in Ansteel”.
 
According to the introduction, the external surface of the painting-free and weather-resistant bridge exposed in natural environment can form a beautiful and maintenance-free oxidizing protection layer whose corrosion-proof effect can last more than 70 years. The manufacture of the bridge needs no painting, which can not only reduce construction period, save maintenance cost, but also extend the service life of the bridge and protect the local ecological environment of the bridge.
