OREANDA-NEWS. November 7, 2012. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branch in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk has concluded a vessel hull insurance agreement and a shipowner liability insurance agreement with regard to a new vessel Victoria of Sadent Shipping LTD.

According to the terms and conditions of the agreement, the vessel is insured with ‘liability for total loss and damages’. The total sum insured under the hull insurance agreements amounts to USD 3 m. Shipowner liability is insured in the amount of USD 50 m.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branch in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk has been cooperating with Sadent Shipping LTD in marine insurance since 2002.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has provided the insured party with the Blue Card in accordance with the requirements of the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage of 2001.
