OREANDA-NEWS. November 07, 2012. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Kazan active in the regional financial services market since 2011 has opened a revolving credit line with a debt limit of 200 million rubles to Tatnefteprovodstroy OJSC for a drawdown period of 12 months, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The borrower will use the funds loaned to it by the Bank to increase its working capital and, in part, to refinance its debt on loans from its creditors.

Early this year, the Bank made a loan of 400 million rubles to Tatnefteprovodstroy, which is among the fastest growing companies in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The company has been certified for operation on projects undertaken by Gazprom OJSC and Transneft OJSC.

Tatnefteprovodstroy builds major pipelines to transport oil, gas, and petroleum products, lays engineering networks and lines, and puts up civilian projects in the region. The company is a registered member of the International Pipe Line and Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) and the Russian Union of Oil and Gas Pipeline Builders (RUOGPB).
