OREANDA-NEWS. November 6, 2012. On the basis of the results of Agro Tech Russia-2012, Russias largest agro-industrial exhibition hold at the All-Russian Exhibition Center, Machinery & Industrial Group N.V. was awarded four gold medals and a silver medal for manufacturing application of AGROMASHs high-technology self-propelled vehicles.

This year, more than 200 companies from various countries of the world have presented their best achievements for the contest. The main parameters for assessment of the machinery were productivity improvement and quality of the machines, their environmental friendliness, comfort, as well as ease of repairs and maintenance.

Diplomas and medals from the Agriculture Ministry of the Russian Federation for such advanced developments as: AGROMASH-Ruslan energy intensive caterpillar tractor, AGROMASH-Yenisey 5000 grain combine harvester, AGROMASH wheel-type tractors having a capacity of 60 h.p. and 85 h.p., EWA energy container - have become the deserved recognition, by the expert community, of high performance of the machines manufactured by specialists of Machinery & Industrial Group N.V..

Customers of AGROMASHs machinery in the agricultural, construction- and residential sectors have already had time enough to evaluate the majority of the advanced developments. Since the start of the year, hundreds of units of the machinery have been delivered to the customers, both to the domestic market and to the external markets, to Europe and Asia.

The general-purpose tractor AGROMASH-Ruslan, having a capacity of 315 h.p., is notable by its energy intensity and efficiency for a range of operations in the cornfields of Russias agribusiness industry. Equipped with metal-clad rubber tracks, this tractor compares favorably with its rivals by the fact that, given its power and mass, it ensures an environmentally safe level of pressure on the soil, high cost effectiveness and can be used for agricultural operations within optimal agrotechnical terms.

Most recently, a new grain combine harvester AGROMASH-Yenisey 5000 has supplemented the line of the AGROMASH brand. The grain combine harvester was awarded the gold medal by the Agro Tech Russia-2012 exhibition. It is manufactured in accordance with international standards of quality: research intensity of design of the new grain combine harvester, implementation of high technologies, together with the vast experience of Russian mechanical engineers, ensured high quality of the advanced agricultural machine AGROMASH-Yenisey 5000.

AGROMASH wheel-type tractors having a capacity of 60 h.p. and 85 h.p. were also awarded medals. These tractors are used both in agriculture and in loading and unloading operations and municipal operations. Depending on the tasks set, AGROMASH wheel-type tractors can be aggregated with tractor-mounted machines, semi-mounted machines, trailer-type machines and trailed implements. Wheel-type tractors manufactured by the Limited Liability Company "Vladimir Motor and Tractor Plant" are notable by their synchromesh gearboxes, front wheels corresponding to increased lift capacity, automatic actuation and shutoff of the drive forward axle. The AGROMASH 85TK universal row-crop tractor is equipped with D-145 liquid-cooled engine and is outfitted with a new updated framework cabin having better observability, ventilation, a heating system, illumination, windshield cleaners and rearview mirrors. A distinctive aspect of the AGROMASH 60TK tractor in comparison with the previous models is its capability to be driven by gaseous fuel, which reduces its operating costs significantly.

In the course of the awarding ceremony, the commission paid particular attention to a unique development presented in the exhibition stand of the Limited Liability Company "Agromashholding" - the universal mobile energy container EWA. The innovative solution is a compact and easy-to-transport power generating system which is capable to ensure supply of electricity, warm and cooled air in any extreme conditions, which is very important for the community sphere of remote villages and rural areas.

To recap, at the last years exhibition "Golden Autumn-2011", products of Machinery & Industrial Group N.V. had also been awarded a gold medal for the AGROMASH 60TK universal row-crop tractor.
