CEO of RusAg Paid Working Visit to Voronezh Region
OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2012. Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank, visited Voronezh Region where he held a meeting with Alexey Gordeyev, Governor of Voronezh Region, and representatives of regional businesses, reported the press-centre of RusAg.
In the framework of the meeting the participants signed cooperation agreement on implementation of the State program on agribusiness development and market regulation for agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs 2013-2020, and discussed key investment projects to be realized in Voronezh Region.
Under the terms of the agreement RusAg plans to increase lending to agribusiness of the Region, including financing of investment projects aimed at development and modernization of the key industry subsectors. The Bank intends to develop its customer services network with special focus on rural areas.
For its part the Government of the Voronezh Region will consider the provision of state guarantees to ensure that agricultural producers, who plan to get a loan at RusAg, meet their liabilities.
Implementation of the State Program will facilitate the modernization of the industry infrastructure, strengthen the national food security and increase the living standards of rural areas in the Region.
