OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2012. Sviaz-Bank has taken part in raising 2.6 billion rubles in a syndicated loan to MBA-Moscow Bank. Sviaz-Bank’s own share in the loan is 400 million rubles, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

AKB NOVICOMBANK CJSC has acted as agent bank for raising the funds that have also been contributed by MDM Bank OJSC, MSP Bank OJSC, Globexbank, SMP Bank OJSC, Bank of Moscow OJSC, and Baltikums Bank AS, Latvia.

The loan has been made on the surety of the International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC, the founder of MBA-Moscow Bank.
