OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2012. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Rostelecom OJSC to pay interest on the twelfth coupon and redeem the par value of the company’s Series 13 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 6.5% per annum, or 16 rubles 21 kopecks per security, and the par value of the bonds at 1,000 rubles per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 386,978,151 rubles 31 kopecks after tax.

Rostelecom OJSC offered its three-year Series 13 bond issue on February 15, 2011, to raise 2billion rubles by converting the Series BO-01 bonds issued by the Southern Telecommunications Company that was taken over by Rostelecom OJSC.
