OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2012. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by TransFin-M LLC to pay accrued interest on the third coupon of the company’s Series BO-02 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank. 

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8% per annum, or 39 rubles 89 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 49,862,500 rubles after tax.

TransFin-M LLC offered its three-year Series BO-02 bonds on April 26, 2011, to raise 1,250million rubles.
