Conference on Antimonopoly Regulation in Russia Held in Moscow
OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2012. Moscow hosted the IV Annual Conference “Antimonopoly Regulation in Russia”, organized by “Sodeistvie Konkurentsii [Promoting Competition]” Non-Commercial Partnership and the “Vedomosti” newspaper with support of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
The key speaker at the Conference was the Head of FAS Igor Artemyev who made a report “Antimonopoly Regulation in Russia. The Antimonopoly Policy at the Modern Stage”.
Special sessions focused on developing competition on telecommunications and car markets, the market of financial services and the market of oil and oil products, as well as on improving judicial practice.
A number of FAS officers took part at the Conference: Deputy Head of FAS Anatoly Golomolzin; Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Kashevarov; the Head of Department for Control over Advertising and Unfair Competition, Nikolai Kartahov; the Head of Cartel Department Alexander Kinyov; the Head of Legal Department Sergey Puzyrevsky; the Head of Department for Control over Transport and Communications, Dmirtry Routenberg; the Head of the Department for Control over Industry and Defence Complex, Maksim Ovchinnikov; the Head of the Department for Control over Financial Markets, Olga Sergeyeva; the Head of the Analytical Department Aleksei Sushkevich; Deputy Head of the Department for Control over Advertising and Unfair Competition, Tatiana Nikitina; and the Head of the Regulatory Division of the Legal Department, Denis Gavrilov.
