OREANDA-NEWS. November 01, 2012. Further to the announcement published on Sunday, 21st October 2012, the Petroleum Contracts & Licensing Directorate (PCLD) would like to inform the interested companies to be formally qualified to participate in the Nasiriya Integrated Project that they should follow the following procedure :-

1-    Provide the PCLD with the required data and information as per the qualification sheets attached to this announcement, no later than 13th December 2012.The data, information and supporting documents should be provided as soft (DVD) and hard (paper) copies by an authorized representative.

2-    Pay, through wire transfer, a sum of fifteen thousand Dollar (15000 USD) to a bank account which will be informed to each interested company upon its request through a formal letter as a Qualification Fee, which should be bank charges free.

PCLD appreciates any questions and inquiries concerning the qualification process and will make available the required answers and clarifications.
