Sinochem Group Vice President Han Gensheng and Du Keping went to Guangzhou to inspect the company’s exhibition at the 112thCanton Fair and visit representatives of the Group at the exhibition and employees of the Group’s member enterprises in Guangzhou, reported the press-centre of Sinochem.

At the chemical engineering booth of Sinochem Group at the fair, Vice President Mr. Han and Mr. Du learned exhibition information in details of the seven companies, including Sinofert, Sinochem International, Sinochem Lantian, Sinochem Agrichemicals, Sinochem Plastics, Sinochem Liaoning and Sinochem Guangdong, and encouraged them to make the best of exhibitions like the Canton Fair to seek opportunities for international cooperation when international trade was facing with difficulties.

At the R&F Yingxin Building, the office building of Sinochem Guangdong, Mr. Han and Mr. Du listened to reports made by nine enterprises under Sinochem Group, including Sinochem Guangdong, Sinochem Oil, Sinofert, China National Seed Group, Sinochem International, Sinochem Lantian, Sinochem Agrichemicals, Sinochem Plastics and Sinochem International Tendering.

Mr. Du required all member enterprises to earnestly implement the Group’s management requirement of “Carrying out safety management with an iron hand”, and make best efforts on production safety, occupational health and environmental protection so as to boost safety and development.

Regarding the way to promote enterprises development, Mr. Han pointed out that: firstly, member enterprises shall practice corporate culture of Sinochem Group, in which leaders at all levels shall play an important leadership role; secondly, member enterprises shall continue to make innovation in operation and management, expand their operation portfolio, strengthen their management and competition advantages and build an operation and management system suitable for their own development; finally, he stressed that HSE and stability maintenance served as the first prerequisite for guaranteeing safety development of a company, and thus all member enterprises shall make their safety and stability work the top priority.

A delegation led by Mr. Han paid an investigation visit to Guangzhou Nansha New District, where Sun Lei, Executive Deputy Director of Nansha New District, introduced the overall planning of the district and focused on development outlook of the central business district and the port area. Mr. Han expressed that Sinochem Group would further explore the feasibility of carrying out strategic cooperation with and making investments in Nansha New District.
