OREANDA-NEWS. The Public Property Agency fixes the date of the next, third this year, round of privatization on November, 12-13.
According to the Agency of Public Property public shareholdings in 38 stock associations are put for sale on the Stock Exchange of Moldova. Shareholdings in 16 enterprises make up over 50% of their fixed capitals, with the rest being 0.1% to 41.9%.

Nearly all they have already been offered earlier. Namely, shareholders are going to be traded in the following enterprises: tobacco factories in Soldaensti and Orhei, canning plants on Glodeani, Olanesti, Calaras, sugar-processing plants Cupcini-Cristal, Nord-Zahar; Moldovna-American milk factory in Hincesti, milk factory Inlac in Edinet, creamery of Taraclia, MoldIndLapte in Causani, InLav in Vulcanetsi; other enterprises (canning plant of Glodeani, Glass Container Company, Floare-Carpet, Farmaco, Eurocreditbank, etc.

Shares are to be traded by single shareholdings through open outcry trading. At the same time 6 cinemas are offered for the investment competition at a price of 295 thou. leis to 660 thou. leis. They are sold on the term of keeping their purpose by reorganizing them into recreation centres and being invested in 3.6 mln. leis to 6 mln. leis within 3 years. At the commercial privatization competition are offered 11 public enterprises, namely Vibropribor, Energoreparatii, jewelry plant Giuvaier, Alco-N, Mendian, Chisinau’s glass plant, Flori, Dumbrava Vest, beekeeping enterprise Nectar, health resort Sanatate in Sergeevca and Yak-40.

During the third round 9 incomplete facilities are to be offered, including the administrative block of the Microbiology and Virology Institute and the adjoining land lot of 9.06 ha at the initial price of 76 mln. leis; 11 residential blocks, a single property complex, a facility with a public shareholding in the fixed capital. Besides, the Dutch auction will be held to sell 5 incomplete facilities.

As it was said earlier, during the first round public property was sold at a sum of 41,1 mln. leis. During the second one receipts form the privatization made up 51.04 mln. leis. In total the privatization receipts are planned to amount to 260 mln. leis.
