OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2012. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that Yuri Gorbenko, Member of the Management Board, increased his shareholding in the Company’s share capital from 0.004662% to 0.006579%.

Yuri Gorbenko financed the acquisition of these shares from his own funds.

The following members of the Management Board also increased their shareholdings earlier: Mikhail Mantrov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, from 0.026694% to 0.029411%, Konstantin Bessmertny, Member of the Management Board, from 0.004722% to 0.007871% and Evgeny Gorev, Member of the Management Board, from 0.005981% to 0.007870%.
