OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2012. Employees of the Penza Branch of OJSC Nordea Bank discussed with realtors challenges to the real estate market in the Penza Oblast. A round table entitled ‘Real estate market in the Penza Oblast: current status and prospects’ was organized by the Penza Branch of OJSC Nordea Bank together with the members of the local guild of the real estate brokers, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The round table focused on the current status of the market and its prospects, importance of erection of buildings used for social and recreational needs to make life more comfortable and also on the need of further developing of mortgage lending in the region.

Addressing the participants of the round table Alexander Matrounetski, Manager the Penza Branch of OJSC Nordea Bank, pointed out that the Bank is constantly improving its mortgage programs offered to individuals/ In particular, the Bank recently announced on its readiness to refinance previously advanced loans. Till 01 November 2012 a special interest rates under mortgage loans (which are more flexible) are in place: the interest rate depends not only on the life of the loan agreement but also on the down payment. In addition to that just three documents are needed now to get a mortgage loan at Nordea Bank (Russian passport, official employment record book and statement of income of an individual). Thus, loan application procedure has become less cumbersome.

Summarizing the round table elaborations the Manager the Penza Branch of OJSC Nordea Bank noted that such discussions contribute to better understanding of the market situation in the residential real estate segment both by the bankers and real estate brokers/ They also allow to be more precise in our forecasts.
