OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2012. Sergei Kruglyakov who previously served as Director for Economy and Finance of the Kolsky branch of JSC TGC-1 appointed head of the financial department of the company.

Kruglyakov Sergey was born March 21, 1979 in Krasnodar.

In 2001 he graduated from the Murmansk State Technical University with a degree in Finance and Credit.

From 2001 to 2005 he worked at a branch of Bank Menatep SPb in Murmansk and was promoted from specialist to head the Treasury.

In 2005 he started to work in TGC-1 as Deputy Director for Economy and Finance of the Kolsky branch, from 2010 to September 2012 he was Director for Economics and Finance of the Kolsky branch.
