OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2012. PrivatBank has released "SMS-banking" application for iOs and Android that simplifies, to a proverb, banking transactions via SMS and makes it possible to use electronic banking even without your phone’s connection to the Internet.

“Previously, if you want to transfer money to someone, you used to have to remember the SMS command’s spelling, 4 figures of your card and 16 figures of a recipient’s card,” said Oleg Gorokhovsky, the PrivatBank Deputy Chairman. “Sending money via new application takes just a few seconds!”

Using this simple application you can check your card’s balance, transfer money, top up mobile phone and perform other payments. Henceforth, these transactions do not require the phone to be connected to the Internet. Also "SMS banking" application enables the creation of personal templates (for example, "Top up Daddy’s phone" or "Send money to wife").

“SMS-banking” application is available at App Store and Google Play for free.
