OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2012. The Government has made changes to the list of specific actions on economic activities or kinds of economic activity that can not be carried out on the basis of the declaration of conformity of material and technical base of entity to legal requirements. The decree approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The main purpose of the document is to simplify licensing procedures by empowering businesses on economic activities on the basis of the declaration.

The current list is composed of 95 kinds of actions or activities that can not be carried out on the basis of the declaration. Resolution offers to reduce it by 43, which fully meet the objectives of the National Plan.

Implementing regulations will improve the business climate by reducing administrative pressure on businesses and streamlining and simplifying licensing procedures.
