October 24, 2012.  Sistema JSFC ("Sistema" or the "Company") (LSE: SSA), the largest publicly-traded diversified holding company in Russia and the CIS, announces it has replaced Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas with Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft ("Deutsche Bank AG" or "Depositary") as the depositary for its GDR programme, reported the press-centre of Sistema.

Deutsche Bank AG is a banking institution and stock corporation incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, whose principal office is located at Taunusanlage 12, 60325 Frankfurt Am Main, Federal Republic of Germany.

Deutsche Bank AG was created out of the reunification of Norddeutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Rheinisch-Westfalische Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Duesseldorf and Suddeutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Munich, which entities were disincorporated from Deutsche Bank pursuant to the Law on the Regional Scope of Credit Institutions in 1952. Such reunification and the name 'Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft' were entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Frankfurt am Main on May 2, 1957. Deutsche Bank itself was founded in 1870.

GDR holders do not need to take any action in connection with this notice.
