CTC Media Appoints Chief Business Support Officer
OREANDA-NEWS. October 24, 2012. CTC Media, Inc. (“CTC Media” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CTCM), Russia’s leading independent media company, has announced the appointment of Konstantin Khachaturov as the Company’s Chief Business Support Officer. Konstantin Khachaturov will also be a member of the CTC Media management board, reported the press-centre of CTC Media.
Konstantin Khachaturov has headed a Directorate for organizational development and business support, which includes the business administration, organizational development, human resources, IT and TV technology departments.

Konstantin Khachaturov biography:
Konstantin Khachaturov was born in Moscow in 1971. In 1995, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Radio-engineering, Electronics and Automation.
From 2008 to 2012, he was vice president in charge of corporate development at SITRONICS, the largest technology company in Eastern Europe, where he worked in telecommunications solutions, information technology, system integration and consulting, as well as the development and production of microelectronics. His projects include a complete back office overhaul and centralizing a series of departments (marketing and sales, IT, accounts) etc.
From 2006 to 2007, Konstantin was in charge of the technological strategy division of the Strategic Planning and Control Department of Mobile Telesystems, a leading telecommunications operator in Russia and the CIS.
From 2004 to 2006, he was head of the IT strategy and process division of the Department of Planning and Cooperation at Mobile TeleSystems.
In 2003-2004, Konstantin worked as lead consultant at IBM Eastern Europe/Asia.
In 1997-2002, he was an expert then lead consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In 1995-1997, he was employed as an expert in the telecommunication systems department of LVS Group.
