IBA Conducts Workshop on 1C: Enterprise 8.2
OREANDA-NEWS. October 24, 2012. IBA conducted a seminar on 1C: Enterprise 8.2. Aimed at demonstrating an integrated approach to 1C projects, the event was held in Minsk, Belarus, reported the press-centre of IBA.
IBA organized the workshop to present its applied solutions based on 1C: Enterprise 8.2, discuss all-round and business process automation, and analyze best practices and emerging issues of 1C projects.
Opening the event, Valery Birin, Director of the IBA Division of Management Systems, spoke about the IBA experience in 1C-based projects, and the IBA solutions based on 1C: Enterprise, namely “1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8” (Localization for Belarus, IBA) and “IBA Commercial Enterprise Management (IBA: CEM)”.
At the event, IBA delivered the following presentations:
Project preparation: understanding the needs, tendering process, planning.
Automation of operations: from procurement to sales.
Implementation of distributed systems for retail chains
Accounting automation: striking the balance quickly and easily
Continuous operation mode: how to provide high performance and reliability
Automated system implementation: evaluating economic efficiency.
In addition, Dmitry Volynets, IT manager of Na Nemige shopping center, described the all-round automated management system created by IBA and based on its IBA:CEM solution.
More than 60 senior executives, financial directors and chief accountants, heads of operating, sales, IT, and business automation departments representing 30 Belarusian companies attended the workshop.
