OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2012. NOMOS-BANK paid the second coupon on its series BO-02 exchange bonds (identification number 4V020202209V on 10.11. 2010) , reported the press-centre of NOMOS-BANK. 

Income payable amounted to RUB 40.11 per stock bond based on a coupon rate of 8% per annum.

The total amount of the second coupon paid was RUB 200.55 million.

Currently, there are the following series of NOMOS-BANK exchange bonds in circulation: BO-09 (RUB 5 billion), BO-11 (RUB 5 billion) and BO-12 (RUB 5 billion), BO-01 (RUB 5 billion), BO-02 (RUB 5 billion) and BO-03 (RUB 5 billion). All the bonds issued by NOMOS-BANK are traded on the MICEX Stock Exchange in the first-level "A" quotation list. Additionally, bonds of the series BO-09, BO-11, BO-12, and BO-01, BO-02, BO-03 are included in the Lombard list and list of securities accepted as collateral for repo transactions by the Bank of Russia.

In addition to its Russian bonds, the NOMOS-BANK has four Eurobonds in circulation totaling USD 1.45 billion. The senior issue of USD 200 million was placed in December 2009 maturing 2012; a senior issue of USD 400 million was placed October 2010 maturing 2013; a subordinated issue of USD 350 million was placed April 2010 maturing 2015; and a subordinated issue of USD 500 million was placed April 2012 maturing 2019.
