The new 21 Moscow St. residential house will be put up in Block 12, Khimki, 500 meters from the Moscow Ring Road and 300 meters from Leningrad Highway. Block 12 in Khimki, a town at Moscow’s doorsteps, is now the town’s central part. The house still under construction is a short distance from the town’s principal administrative, social, and transportation infrastructure components.

The apartment houses under construction in Sofrino township, Pushkino District of Moscow Region, rise on a territory boasting a friendly environment, clean air, and convenient social infrastructure.

Mortgage-backed loans for purchasing housing can be issued for a term of three to 30 years at interest rates between 10.5% and 12.5% per annum in rubles, depending on the loan period and size of down payment, which must be at east 20% of the price of the housing to be purchased. The interest rate will be reviewed after an apartment has been taken into private ownership and will be lowered by 1.5%.
