SORAINEN Lithuania advised Nordnet Group, the frozen and chilled products logistics company, and its shareholders on entering into an investment agreement with venture capital fund LitCapital I. Nordnet Group comprises UAB Nordnet, a logistics company, and UAB Tehoreal, a company managing real estate (warehousing). Nordnet Group employs over 130 personnel, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

The funds will be used for further growth of Nordnet Group and expansion of its business.

SORAINEN advised the client on structuring the deal and forming a holding company, represented the client in negotiations and drafted transaction documentation. The deal will be closed in the coming months after approval is obtained from the Competition Council.

The SORAINEN team in the deal was led by partner Algirdas Peksys and senior associate Sergej Butov.
