OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2012. A1 investment company has announced about the acquisition of a significant stake in the Gras Group. The Gras Group is a major developer and producer of building materials.

The Group was formed in 2005 and to date has completed two significant development projects in Sochi – the residential complexes Alexander Mayak and New Alexandria, and also built and put into operation two plants for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (each with an annual capacity of 450 000 m3).

At present the Gras Group’s development projects portfolio includes projects for the construction of executive class residential complexes in Moscow and Sochi with a total area of more than 430 000 m2.
