OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2012. In accordance with Article 57 of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies", in connection with his appointment as Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation and in accordance with the submitted application, without a resolution of the general meeting of shareholders, 10.10.2012 prematurely terminated at will mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board of PSC "Prominvestbank" Mr. Sergei Glazyev.

Mr. Glazyev was a member of the PSC Prominvestbank Supervisory Board since 2009: he was appointed member of the Supervisory Council of the Order of the Interim Administrator of 16.03.2009 № 96-K and in accordance with the decisions of the General Meeting of shareholders on 21.05.2009, 25.04.2011 04/06/2012 and its powers were extended.

Mr. Glazyev is not an owner of the Bank's shares, a conviction for crimes committed out of greed or crime in the area of economic, performance has not.

Instead resigned person as no one is assigned.
