OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2012. Overfulfillment of the State Agency for Land Resources’ plan at the beginning of October in filling the budget from the provision of administrative paid services is 91%. It will enable units of State Agency for Land Resources within the social initiatives of the Government to provide administrative services free. This was started by the Head of the State Agency for Land Resources of Ukraine Sergiy Tymchenko during a briefing at the Cabinet Building said. He also noted that in a favorable financial situation the number of public registers is going to increase; their wages will be increased, which will certainly affect the quality of services.

The list of administrative services, which will be provided free, is approved by the Regulation of the Government. These are:
 
1. Issuance of an Extract from terrier
2. State registration of a land plot
3. State registration of property rights on a land plot act and equitable title on a land plot act
4. State registration of ownership of land in the case of ownership on the basis a civil law contract for the alienation or the certificate of right to inheritance.
5. State registration of a lease arrangement on a land plot and the corresponding changes in it, the agreement to terminate the lease (sublease) of land.
6. State registration of restrictions on the use of land, the land easement, emphyteusis and superficies, they change.
7. Checking the file data on the results of work on land management in electronic form (file sharing).
