Nordea Group Runs Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
OREANDA-NEWS. Please be advised that from 17 October through 17 November 2012 Nordea Group is running an annual customer satisfaction survey (Customer Satisfaction Index) in all the countries of its presence, so that you could evaluate the Bank's performance and thus contribute to the further improvement of our service quality and product range, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.
The survey will be conducted on a random basis among corporate and retail customers in Moscow and branches.
