OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2012.  Techsnabexport (local brand - Techsnabexport JSC) will join ROSATOM’s international business development bloc and will be subordinate to Deputy Director General of ROSATOM Kirill Komarov. Director General Sergey Kirienko said this at a meeting with the TENEX’s team.

According to Sergey Kirienko, the highest professionalism of the TENEX’s team, which possesses unique competences in selling uranium enrichment services and enriched uranium product in the international market, has become the basis of such decision. “You have demonstrated perfect results of labor efficiency growth rate, signing new contracts for supplies of EUP to foreign utilities; therefore, we have made a decision regarding the company development and using it as the base for the foreign trading house ROSATOM in the front-end of the nuclear fuel cycle,” the ROSATOM Director General stated.

Individually, Sergey Kirienko extended gratitude for the work done to Alexei Grigoriev who leaves the post of the TENEX Director General, though he would stay within the nuclear industry. “Alexei Antonovich has given nearly forty years of his professional life to the company; the successes TENEX may make great display of are his personal merits in many respects. I would like to thank him for the commitment to Minsredmash, Rosatom, and to wish him new successes, since he stays to work in the nuclear industry of Russia,” S. Kirienko said.

Alexei Grigoriev is leaving for a new job after his contract has expired. Lyudmila Zalimskaya, First Deputy Director General of TENEX, will be the acting head of the company.
