For the third year in a row Gerdau AZA, Gerdau's operation in Chile, was awarded by the Ranking Prohumana RSE, which is the most important survey in the country in the area of corporate social responsibility. The study interviewed more than 11,000 employees from 40 large companies in the country, giving to Gerdau AZA second place in the general classification.

In addition to receiving the Ranking Prohumana, Gerdau AZA stood out even more as the company that cares for the environment by the La Segunda/Adimark ranking and as the second most respected organization in Chile through the study sponsored by the Business Monitor of Corporate Reputation (MERCO).
