General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Sergey Titov and Governor of the Murmansk Region Marina Kovtun discussed issues dealing with efficient implementation of the company’s investment program in the region.  A key item under discussion was that of Kolenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC, operating within the Murmansk Region territory) switching over to RAB billing method. In case of positive decision on the issue Kolenergo long-term investment program in 2013-2017 will make 3 bln 596 mln RUR vs. 1.5 bln RUR as per the “costs plus” method. “We have conceptually agreed on Kolenergo switching over to RAB,” Sergey Titov commended on the meeting outcome.
