OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2012. The exhibition "EkspoCitiTrans-2012" and the 2nd Eurasian Congress opens in Moscow and was held from 2 to 4 October.

"ExpoCityTrans" is a unique exhibition of public transport which met more than 100 companies on its sites.

The organizers of the event are the leading enterprises, professionals in their field — the largest transport operators Moscow State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans" and SUE "Moscow Metro" and a modern exhibition complex of the Moscow Center for Implementation of Science and Technology "Moscow".

Minsk Automobile Plant presented their technique on the largest international forum with the participation of the official distributor of LLC "MAZ-RUS" and official dealer of JSC "Avtotehkom."

In order to familiarize the participants, visitors and potential buyers with the model range of passenger vehicles, "MAZ" presented the bus MAZ 231, designed for suburban and long-distance transport.

As part of a three-day congress sessions, conferences and round tables on the most important issues of the transport sector in Eurasia were held.

General Director of JSC" MAZ "Alexander Borovsky took part in the plenary session, entitled "Development of public transport — a way to improve the quality of life in our cities'.

The exhibition also presents innovative developments in the transport sector, advances in maintenance and operation of transport infrastructure and technical solutions.
