OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2012. Neil Cooper, Bankruptcy Administrator of AB Bankas SNORAS (in bankruptcy), today confirms that an agreement has been reached over the sale of 221 mini-bank kiosks to the Lithuanian Post (‘Akcine bendrove Lietuvos pastas'), reported the press-centre of SNORAS.

The method of sale was approved by the SNORAS Creditors’ Committee on 4 October 2012 and covers the sale of the mini-bank kiosks belonging to SNORAS Bank as well as the ATMs and related IT hardware. Both parties are now working to complete the sale as soon as possible.

Commenting on the sale process, Neil Cooper, Bankruptcy Administrator said:
“The sale of the mini banks continues to move towards its closing stages. We are working hard to ensure the transaction completes as quickly as possible so these assets can be realised for the benefit of creditors.”
