OREANDA-NEWS. October 11, 2012. Amendments are made to the staff schedule of the Central Office (No. 995-k Order): the Department for Administrative Reform and Paid Public Services was closed up.

During a long period of her work for FAS, Lyudmila Solontsova who was the Head of the Department for Administrative Reform and Paid Public Services, has accumulated extensive practical and methodological experience, which she will now be sharing with generations of future lawyers who she will be teaching at State University – High School of Economics.

FAS made a decision to integrate the Department for Administrative Reform and Paid Public Services with the Department for Control over the Authorities. Now all functions for control over the authorities are concentrated in a single Department led by Vladimir Mishelovin; accordingly, the staff structure of this unit of the Central FAS Office has been amended.

Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Pavel Subbotin, will continue supervising the efforts of the Department for Control over the Authorities.
