OREANDA-NEWS. October 10, 2012. The JSC LUKOIL Press Service would like to draw the attention of all concerned parties to an increase in fraudulent activities within the Russian petroleum-product market.

In pursuit of their unlawful activities the perpetrators use falsified agreements with JSC LUKOIL carrying counterfeit seals and signatures of the Company’s heads. Reference is also made to the non-existent Cooperation Agreement between JSC LUKOIL and the Prednaznacheniye (Destiny) Charity Fund.

The Press Service would like to declare that JSC LUKOIL neither has signed, nor intends to sign any agreements with LLC Triton Company, LLC RFM-Group, LLC VEGA-3 or LLC NordOil.

In this connection the Press Service urges petroleum-product buyers to study more carefully all documents presented by the contractors and also recommends that the authenticity of the papers be checked with JSC LUKOIL.
