OREANDA-NEWS. October 9, 2012. According to the preliminary data of the association "Ukrautoprom", in September 2012, Ukraine produced 6 thousand 179 vehicles, which is 15.4% less than in August, and is 36.9% lower than last year. 

 The passenger cars production totaled 5,723 units in September (12.4% less than in August, and 36.3% less than in September 2011).

 The production of commercial vehicles fixed at 196 units (minus 45.1% as to the previous month, and 35.9% less than in September 2011).

 The bus production in September fell to 260 units or 36.6% from the August figure and by 48.5% compared to September last year.

 All in all 59 thousand 997 vehicles were produced for nine months of 2012 in Ukraine, which is 22% less than last year. Among them:
• passenger cars - 54,949 pcs. (-23.5%);
• commercial vehicles - 2,551 pcs. (+2.7%);
• buses - 2,497 pcs. (-2.9%).
