OREANDA-NEWS. October 09, 2012. Ukio bankas changes annual interest rates on deposits in litas, euro, US dollars and pounds sterling for both private and business clients. From 4 October a deposit in litas can yield up to 3.3 per cent, in euro – up to 3.1 per cent, US dollars – 2.2 per cent, and in pounds sterling – 1.9 per cent in annual interest, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

Clients having placed a deposit online via Eta bankas for 6-months’ and longer maturity will receive by another 0.1 per cent higher interest. By 0.1 per cent higher interest also applies to the participants of the seniors’ program Advantages of the Age.

Ukio bankas offers particularly flexible and convenient options for saving: the minimum time deposit amount is a mere LTL 200 or EUR/USD/GBP 150, while those having selected a savings or universal deposit can replenish it with any amount as there is no fixed minimum amount of replenishment.
