Sampo Pank Reports on Structural Change
OREANDA-NEWS. October 09, 2012. A structural change, which takes effect was made in Sampo Pank in order to continue providing the best customer service. Direct customer service is divided into three instead of the former two divisions as a result of the change, reported the press-centre of Sampo Pank.
Tonu Vanajuur, who used to manage the Personal and Retail Banking Division, is now the Corporate Banking director. The former Corporate Banking director Marek Zacek left the bank for personal reasons.
The Personal and Retail Banking Division was divided into Retail Banking and International and Private Banking Divisions, which are managed by Helen Lulla and Juri Kidjajev, respectively. Both of them have demonstrated successful performance in their areas. Helen Lulla has managed the work for Sampo Pank’s branches and Juri Kidjajev used to manage the International and Private Banking Department.
The new structure allows the bank to provide even better service to its three most important client segments: companies, private clients who have joined the loyalty programme, and wealthy domestic and foreign clients.
