OREANDA-NEWS. October 8, 2012. OJSC United Credit Bank (UCB) nearly doubles the share capital in a way of additional issue of shares.

The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan informs that the UCB issue prospectus was registered on 1 October under number AZ1001005268. According to the prospectus, the Bank got the right to issue 5,000 shares with par value of AZN 2 each.

Full placement of the issue almost doubled UCB authorized capital – increased it by AZN 10 million. UCB share capital will increase from AZN 12.108 million up to AZN 22.108 million.
