OREANDA-NEWS. October 8, 2012. Two new ventures for potable water production were simultaneously put into exploitation in the northern region of the country – in gengeshliks “Tuni-derya” of virgin etrap Ruhubelent and “Bitaraplyk” of etrap named after S. Turkmenbashi.

Construction of such enterprises is carried out within the framework of the General Program of supply with pure drinking water of the settlements of Turkmenistan. New building constructed by the specialists of the national private enterprise “Dowur gurlushyk” in Ruhubelent etrap is intended for production of 150 cubic meters of high-quality potable water per day that allows fully satisfying the needs in it not only of population of rapidly developing administrative center of the etrap, but also neighboring settlements.

New venture, occupying a one-hectare area, is a complex of facilities for various purposes. Among them are the water reservoirs ready for transportation, pumping plant, building for water quality control, laboratory fitted with up-to-date equipment, etc. Uninterruptedness of technological process, corresponding with present requirements, is provided by highly efficient equipment of famous Russian, German and Danish manufacturers. Territory of new building was accomplished, lightened and planted with trees and shrubs.

New production constructed by the specialists of “Zerli dag” individual enterprise on the territory of one of the remotest farms of the etrap named after S. Turkmenbashi – in “Ak yayla” Peasants Association of “Bitaraplyk” gengeshlik corresponds with the latest requirements as well. Its capacity comes to 100 cubic meters of pure drinking water per day.
