OREANDA-NEWS. October 08, 2012. A meeting of the Board of Directors of TANECO chaired by Nail Maganov, Deputy General Director - Head of URNiN Depatrment of TATNEFT, was held, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The Board of Directors was presented reports of the Executive Management Office on the results of the TANECO's financial and economic activity in August. The refinery processed 643,558 tons of crude oil during the reporting period. The Board of Directors approved the production plan execution results, the budget execution in the reporting month and approved a plan of raw materials processing and the budget for October.

Pursuing the aim of sustainable development, compliance with the environmental and social responsibility requirements of TANECO the Board of Directors reviewed the program of improving the production efficiency and the investment program for 2013.

The Board of Directors meeting also discussed other issues of the Company's activities.
