GetUpps! will be the most convenient tool for business ideas implementation of applications developers. This new resource will enable to add to API (application programming interface) provided under Yandex solutions and operators API, facilitating mobile billing and other options. In addition, developers will get an address tools for their products promotion among MegaFon customers.
