In the 2nd half of the year many FMCG players anticipate certain crisis to force a re-organization of supply chains and logistics systems, aimed at optimization and reduction of costs. A number of experts’ speeches were dedicated to CSM before and during the crisis. The Forum also re-discovered the issues of motivation for an LSP’s personnel, of planning and operational management of SC’s in the changing environment, of the activities on the terrain of the recently effective Customs Code, of the state-of-the-art technologies, IT systems and solutions as well as of development of logistics infrastructure
