OREANDA-NEWS. October 3, 2012. Anhui Provincial Government and Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) signed frame agreement in Hefei on the afternoon of September 27. Secretary Zhang Baoshun, governor Li Bin, secretary and chairman of the board of ABC Jiang Chaoliang, deputy president of ABC Gong Chao, Zhan Xialai, standing member of CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and executive governor, and Tang Chengpei, standing member of CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and secretary general, attended the signing ceremony. Han Xiancong, secretary general of Anhui government, presided over the signing ceremony.

Before signing ceremony, Zhang Baoshun and Li Bin met Jiang Chaoliang and his entourage. Zhang welcomed Jiang and his entourage to Anhui on behalf of CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and Anhui Government and thanked ABC for its long-term support for Anhui. Zhang also briefed the development of Anhui.

Jiang congratulated to Zhang on the great achievements of Anhui and thanked him for the support for ABC. Jiang said that ABC will increase credit investment in Anhui and make more contribution to speeding up the rise of Anhui.

Zhan Xialai and Gong Chao signed the agreement on behalf of two parties. According to the agreement, during the period of 12th Five-Year Plan, ABC will provide the fund of 200 billion RMB to support strategic emerging industries, advanced manufacturing industry, modern service industry, cultural industry and key projects of people's livelihood.
